Joe Knox brings a wealth of experience to his role as Senior Property Manager at Gary Mann Total Property Management, having worked in property management since 1995 and with Gary Mann since 2010. Joe oversees the staff and works directly with owners and tenants, and having been a property owner himself, he brings a perspective to that role that is hard to come by. Joe has a deep understanding of both the owner and tenant experience, giving him a unique ability to find common ground and navigate relationships with understanding and practicality. He thrives on the fact that no two days in property management are ever the same, an aspect of the work that has kept him passionate about the industry.

Outside of work, Joe stays active and is committed to giving back to his community by coaching wrestling at the local level. His years of experience, hands-on knowledge, and genuine care for both owners and tenants make him an irreplaceable part of the Gary Mann Total Property Management team.

Dan Eilers

Senior Property Manager

Jana Eilers

Property Manager (Commercial and Residential)

& Accounting Manager

Jana Eilers didn't just join Gary Mann Total Property Management; she grew up in it. Coming to the office with her dad, Dan Eilers, as a kid before becoming a Saturday Secretary and working seasonally through college, the company has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. She returned to Moses Lake in 2019 to work alongside her dad in the Commercial Management department. With a Business Finance degree from WSU and a background in banking, credit analysis, and commercial accounting, Jana manages both commercial and residential properties and oversees the financial operations of the company. As a rental property owner herself, she brings a personal understanding to the work that makes her an even stronger advocate for the owners and tenants she serves.

Outside of work, Jana spends her time chasing her two year old on outdoor adventures, staying close with her large circle of friends and family, and dreaming of her next trip after an unforgettable solo road trip through Ireland. Her loyal companion through it all has been Dingo, her adopted dog of eleven years. 

Her lifelong connection to the company, her expertise, and her love for the community make her a truly invaluable part of the Gary Mann Total Property Management team.

Nakieta Pegram

Property Manager

Nakieta has worked in property management since 2017, bringing over 20 years of customer service experience to her role at Gary Mann Total Property Management. She manages the front office and oversees tenant and owner relations, keeping contracts and deadlines on track while acting as a steady bridge between owners and tenants. From coordinating contractors and maintenance to managing turnovers, Nakieta keeps the day-to-day details running smoothly. She loves that no two days in property management are ever the same, a constant change of pace that keeps her sharp and engaged.

Outside of work, Nakieta is an avid reader and audiobook listener, always with a story going. She is also a devoted animal lover, sharing her home with eight cats and two dogs. When she needs a moment to unwind, you'll likely find her at Favored Farmhouse, her favorite local coffee spot.

Her experience, dedication, and steady presence make her a valuable part of the Gary Mann Total Property Management team.

Natalie Silva

Property Manager Assistant

Natalie has been with Gary Mann Total Property Management for a year and a half, starting as a front desk receptionist before stepping into her current role as Property Manager Assistant. She reviews applications, gives property tours, and conducts move-in and lease renewal inspections. Natalie is bilingual and takes great pride in being able to assist Spanish-speaking tenants and owners. Having been a tenant herself, she understands both sides of the relationship and brings that perspective and empathy to everything she does.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family of four, whether that's hitting the arcade, bouncing at a trampoline park, or hitting the road for a trip. She also makes chocolate covered treats as a fun side hustle, from cake pops to chocolate strawberries, a hobby she picked up as a stay at home mom. Her go-to comfort food? Mexican, always.

Her creativity, bilingual abilities, and genuine care for people make her a wonderful asset to the Gary Mann Total Property Management team and the community we serve.

Amanda Ford

Bookkeeper

Amanda is our newly appointed Bookkeeper at Gary Mann Total Property Management, where she keeps the financial side of the business running smoothly. Amanda brings a unique mix of life experience, discipline, and determination to her work, having balanced family responsibilities with her career in a way that has taught her how to stay organized, adaptable, and solution-focused. What she enjoys most about property management is the collaborative environment, being part of a team that works together to solve problems, stay organized, and support clients in a way that makes the work both meaningful and rewarding.

In her free time, Amanda stays active, spends quality time with her family, and gets outdoors. A self-proclaimed lover of all food, Amanda has a soft spot for Mexican cuisine, and she makes a point of sharing the love among all of our local eateries.

Her attention to detail, dependability, and positive energy make her a valuable addition to the Gary Mann Total Property Management team.

Julie Flores

Receptionist

Julie Flores has been with Gary Mann Total Property Management for 8 months, serving as the friendly first point of contact for tenants and future residents alike. Her day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with tenants, guiding prospective tenants through the application process, answering emails and calls, and maintaining tenant records and files. What Julie enjoys most about property management is building relationships with new residents and being able to help answer their questions or address any concerns that come up along the way.

In her free time, Julie likes to stay active by going to the gym and hiking. She is also a proud pet owner of three dogs, a Yorkie, a Husky, and a Chihuahua.

Her warm, people-first approach and reliable attention to detail make her a valuable part of the Gary Mann Total Property Management team.
